A central part of ClearNote Fellowship's mission is training men for the pastorate. If there are to be faithful churches that will continue to build God’s Kingdom, they must be led by faithful pastors.

The ClearNote Pastors College accepted its first class in the Fall of 2005. Based in the context of the local church, CNPC is focused on three primary components of pastoral training: biblical knowledge, spiritual formation, and the development of pastoral skills.

CNPC is hosted by Church of the Good Shepherd in Bloomington, IN and maintains a close working relationship with Reformed Evangelical Pastors College (PCA) in Toledo, OH, sharing curriculum and classes via video conferencing.
